LADY GAGA GETS HEAD TATTOO IN FRONT OF A LIVE AUDIENCE

Lady Gaga headed back to New York last night (September 13) to celebrate the launch of her first fragrance and even shocked fans by getting a tattoo inked onto her head live on stage.

The singer had the back of her head shaved earlier this week as a tribute to photographer Terry Richardson whose mother passed away.

On her shaven head Gaga has now had a tattoo artist ink on the image of a cherub with angel wings during her launch

During the launch Gaga said she wanted the perfume to be "very sexy' and "a little slutty".

"I wanted it to be very sexy," Lady Gaga told Access Hollywood at the party. "I also wanted it to be a little slutty, I wanted it to have that sort of danger of a really beautiful stripper.

"It's a fragrance for a woman that wants to be taken to bed, certainly," Gaga said.

 Around 9 p.m. she climbed into some sort of  egg/claw combo that allowed partygoers, including Paris Hilton and Marc Jacobs, to stick their fingers through a hole in the installation and touch her as she “slept.”  Gaga emerged from the egg at 9:45 p.m. when assistants stripped her down to lingerie and thigh highs.
She crawled back inside with a tattoo artist who inked a cherub looking suspiciously like Honey Boo Boo on her neck for all to see on a big-screen TV.
